EIMC-2025 Rotterdam, 24-27 July 2025
Organisation
The participation fee was €90. This included part of the venue rental, three lunches, three dinners, and coffee and tea during the activities. In total, we had 15 participants, including the organisers. Participants had to arrange their own accommodation and breakfast during this conference. The organisational committee provided a very inexpensive but very basic option for €10 per night.
The structure of the program was deliberately left somewhat open. There was room for different personal interests. Participants were invited to share and explore these with others in the group.

Two concerts
During two evenings of EIMC-2025 the 15 participants improvised in different combinations. Entrance was free.
Evaluation
At the end of the conference, we held a roundtable discussion in which participants shared their opinions about the event, both in terms of its organisation and their artistic experiences with playing. Here you find a summary of the discussion.
